All you have to do is take note of the following conditions for a successful exchange:

PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY:

• Original receipt is required for product exchange within 1 week from date of purchase.

• Items must be brought down to our address for a 1-for-1 exchange. For delivery requests, two-way delivery fees should be paid by the customer.

• Original product tag that is attached to the product should be intact and product should be in original retail condition.

• Products sold are exchangeable and not refundable .

A) Exchangeable Items:

For hygiene purposes, ONLY UNUSED items (product tag should not be removed) are eligible for exchange.

We reserve the rights to reject any exchange if we believe that the item has been used after our inspection.

• Unused Hand Wraps (once item is out of its original packaging or form, it is considered a used product).

• Unused Gloves (once item is out of its original packaging or form, it is considered a used product).

• Defective products (manufacturing problems – Stitching, printing, velcro and foam)
  

B) Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Defective due to wear and tear from usage.

• Used products will not be exchangeable unless it is clearly a manufacturing fault.

• Products that is stained, scratched or not in original condition.

• Products purchased in promotions, events and special discounts.

• All compression, inner wear, protective cups, mouth guards and wholesale equipment cannot be returned, even if they are new.
  

REFUND POLICY:

Refund is only applicable for 1) damaged items, 2) items with manufacturing defects, 3) items loss during delivery,

4) preorder items delayed beyond the acceptable timeframe

We provide Normal and Registered mailing services (via Singpost) for small items such as handwraps, shorts and apparels – please Whatsapp us to request for this.

For Large items such as boxing gloves, kickpads, shinguards, headgears etc, we provide local courier service at a flat rate of S$8.90 (2-4 working days) or S$22.50 (Express 1-2 working days)

Bigger and bulkier items such as heavy bags, grappling dummy, grappling/training sports mats will be charged at a flat bulk delivery rate. Please select option BULKY DELIVERY after you have keyed in your address at checkout page

By pre-ordering with MTBS, you will be able to get items that you can’t find in Singapore retailers, especially for products such as customised colored gloves, Muay Thai shorts, special designed boxing gloves, special limited edition equipment, etc.

We communicate with the manufacturers directly and make sure your orders are accurate to the very last detail. Most importantly, prices will remain the same as the online stated price.

If you are unsure of the gloves sizing to get, we have came up with a generic guide for you:

(Do note that this is just a generic guide because different brands construct their gloves differently.)

• Top King gloves are generally more towards tight fitting and the gloves will mould to your hand shape after 1-2 uses.

• Fairtex Gloves are spacious and it is sometimes considered loose fitting.

• Twins Special gloves would have the balance between Fairtex and Topking – not tight fitting nor loose. It is entirely up to your preference.

• Having said that, each brand have also innovated and came up with various models to suit different hands and different sports (boxing, Muay Thai, MMA).

- 8oz: For Training purposes. Recommended for Females/ Kids with smaller hands.

- 10oz: For Training purposes. Recommended for Females with average hand size or - Males with smaller hands. Size used in amateur boxing competition.

- 12oz: For Training purposes. Highly recommended if unsure of your size.

- 14oz: For Training purposes. Recommended for heavier class fighters. 75kg and above. Or people with long fingers/meaty hands.

- 16oz: For Sparring/Training purposes. For heavier fighters 75kg and above.

For pre-orders, we would not be able to let you feel or try out the items but we are able to answer your questions as much as possible. We have experience in using the equipment and we have also reviewed them thoroughly so that we can understand the different aspects of the equipment.

All gloves are suitable for all levels – It depends on the quality and durability. The most important thing is to get a good quality and protective gloves so that you wont get injured during training and also it can last you for long time.

Beginner or not, we all get the same injuries (think of it as buying a running shoe, you wouldnt get a $10 pair of running shoe if you are intending to go for a long distance run right? Same logic!)

Note: If any store tries to sell you “Beginner Gloves”, you should totally avoid them as they are just there to “sell” and not to help you get the best gear within your budget.
